I tried the crayons, the fizz, etc, and they all either merged or stained. They do not! They are still going strong almost every night in the bathtub. Two important bonuses: the colors do not bleed or leak into the water and wash drawings simple (but quick shower spray on the tile necessary). The children practice letters, numbers and based on the tile and wipe right off. The colors are true, vivid and easy to use. Our 4 1 / 2 years old and our 15 months old daughter really enjoys them. We want them so much better than pencils, they would much was in the cockpit and the children to leave would only remove them from their plastic containers. I agree with other reviewers that it's annoying that you have to keep the markers perpendicular to the surface so they can write. My three year old daughter is not well with him, but it seems like a design flaw. Moreover, the "ink" in Markers not draw very well. It is fairly light and mud, perhaps a byproduct of that is washable, but the orange and green, in particular, just appears. However, my daughter loves it. She wants to take a bath every night, to start using markers. We do not deal in the bathtub, but have a blast with them in the shower, writing mostly in the shower door. I'm not sure if you like more or road markers have to use it for cleaning. What have the OXO Good Grips All-Purpose Nozzle - http://www.amazon.c com/gp/product/B000CCDBRK and recommend the suction cup works great in the shower. The fact that she cleans the markers when you play with them means I have to do it and the indicators have less chance of staining in the mortar.
